Our
Story.

Making housing accessible and sustainable for all.

Turnkey Multiplex didn't start in a boardroom. It started on a street corner in 2014, watching as long-time neighbors were priced out of their own blocks. We saw a gap between high-rise luxury and crumbling rentals—a gap that could only be filled by the "Missing Middle."

Our founder, Marcus Thorne, an architect by trade and community advocate by heart, believed that density didn't have to mean sacrifice. He envisioned a world where triplexes and quadplexes offered the same architectural dignity as a custom estate, while remaining accessible to the teachers, artists, and families that give a city its soul.

"A home is the most important piece of infrastructure in a human life. We don't just build walls; we build the stage where your life unfolds."

Today, Turnkey Multiplex has delivered over 400 units across five states. Every project is a testament to our core belief: that high-performance building science and community-first design can coexist. We continue to push the boundaries of passive house technology and neighborhood integration.
